would say 3.5-4 as I only just got it, I would also say this product should come with a dosage card for beginners or notice big enough to see on the packaging, for dosage, please refer to our website. anyway, that would of turned into a 4star, next I dont have not had this product long enough to give an honest review for benefits. that will come later. thanks.
