I was a little skeptical about trying MB initially due to conflicting research online. But after some thought and my genuine respect for Bart and his message, I thought I’d give it a go. Very much worth it. So far I’ve probably done about 2 weeks worth, cycling 5 days on 2 days off. Results have been great so far. More focus, excellent mental dexterity and sharpness (comes in very handy working in sales) and an increase in content and enjoyment in everyday life. My favourite benefit so far however has been my enjoyment of food, everything I eat at the moment seems to taste fantastic! Only annoying thing is having to explain to people why you have blue lips & tongue. Small sacrifice, though. 10/10 would recommend.
