  • We ship worldwide from our fulfillment center in the Netherlands.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that our products are legal for import into their country. We are not liable for losses, delays, or legal ramifications if an order is blocked or confiscated due to local regulations.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of payment.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Orders are shipped with PostNL and DHL.
  • Shipments are often handed over to local carriers in the destination country (e.g., USPS in the United States).
  • All orders include tracking information, which will be provided by email once your order is dispatched.

4. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Netherlands: 2–5 business days
  • European Union: 5–10 business days
  • United States: 7–21 business days
  • Rest of World: Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is offered at flat regional rates, with free shipping available above certain order amounts.
  • The applicable rates and free shipping thresholds depend on your shipping destination. These will be shown at checkout.

6. Customs & Duties

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
  • VitaBlue LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you may apply for a resend or refund.
