Thank you for shopping with VitaBlue LLC. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, this Return and Refund Policy explains when and how you can return products or request a refund.

1. Returns

  • You may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To start a return, please contact us at hello@vitablue.co before sending any items back.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

2. Refunds

Refunds are possible in the following cases:

  • Order not received (lost in transit or undelivered).

  • Damaged or defective items received.

  • Adverse health reactions such as allergies after using the product.

  • Other specific cases may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us and provide as much proof as possible (e.g., photos, medical notes, order details). The more evidence you provide, the more likely a refund will be approved.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your case is approved. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that have been opened or used (except in cases of health reactions as outlined above).

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or free samples.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

  2. Provide supporting evidence (photos, tracking info, or other details).

  3. Wait for confirmation before shipping any product back.

  4. If approved, ship the product to our return address (if required).
