We aim to fulfil your orders within 24 hours on business days, making sure it's ready for dispatch so you can have it in hand as soon as possible.
Our distributor is in The Netherlands, Europe, meaning the expected average delivery times are as follows;
- Delivery to Europe can take 1-5 business days.
- Delivery to US & Canada can take 4-10 business days.
- Delivery elsewhere can take 7-14 business days.
We are not responsible for any customs, charges or taxes you may face upon delivery of your item from your local custom’s office. This is totally out of our control - blame Brexit, blame your country, not us please :)

*Please note that shipping times are only estimates, and delivery times may vary. While we will do our best to have your order with you as soon as possible, we cannot control the shipping times after it leaves our distributors warehouse.
Cancellations
Cancellations must occur before the product is confirmed and preparing to be shipped out. The order cannot be cancelled after you get an email with a tracking number. Refer to our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
Delays
In the rare case that a delay may occur, whether due to supply chain issues or other external factors, please allow up to 4 weeks for your shipment.
As frustrating as this may sound, this is commonplace for delays in the industry. These events rarely happen though.
We cannot refund orders during this time if they have already been placed with our suppliers and fulfillment services. We have multiple facilities we work with and once the order request is submitted it will be carried through until the end.
Refunds & Returns
Please note, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns once your product has been opened. However, if you do not feel our products have helped in any way then send us an email at support@vitablue.co and we will make it right. We want to help you thrive, and that's a promise.
